  • Health, Life And AD&D Insurance
    All full-time employees are eligible for company sponsored health, life and AD&D insurance. Employee participation is based on classification. A premium conversion plan (cafeteria 125) is also available to provide tax savings.
  • Disability Insurance
    All full-time employees are covered under a long-term disability policy. The company pays for the 40% base policy and the employee has the option to buy up to 60% of monthly wages for a very nominal fee.
  • 401(K) Retirement Plan
    Employees are eligible after one year of service with at one thousand hours. The company provides a percentage of matching funds. We offer eighteen investment accounts to choose from. The employee is responsible for the choices and can move funds, and increase or decrease the deferral amount, anytime at his/her discretion.
  • Vacation, Sick Leave And Holiday Pay
    All full-time employees are eligible for vacation pay beginning after one year of service. Maximum vacation pay is one hundred and sixty hours after fifteen years of service. Sick leave accrues per payroll to a maximum of eighty hours. Vacation and sick leave is paid on a percentage of hours worked. An employee must work twenty hours per week to qualify. Employees are paid for holidays based on the number of hours they would normally work.
  • Training Programs
    We offer on-going training programs for our employees; either company provided or sponsored. Weigand-Omega Management, Inc. provides information to employees about workplace safety and health issues through regular monthly meetings, postings and memos. Fair-Housing, resident/tenant/client relations and retention, marketing, budget control, and human resource topics such as performance standards, discrimination, and government compliance are presented on an ongoing basis to employees.
