Employees are Weigand-Omega's most valuable asset. This is somewhat true of any business but even more so in the very demanding property management industry where tenants' and owners' goals often conflict.

We fully realize that our company is only as good as the individuals that comprise it, and believe that our company is great because of our people. Therefore we select our team members carefully, provide meaningful training programs, and support our employees on an individual basis to help them maximize their professional potential. Our employees performance is the pivotal reason for the continued renewal of our management agreements and the continuous growth of our management firm.

Developing loyal relationships with both our employees and the clients we serve is a key aspect of our business model. As a result of their performance, we have developed many long-term (20 plus years) relationships with both employees and owners. This is rare in a "high turnover" business and is working proof of our philosophy.
